Job Description
  • To achieve the task, follow up documents with internal parties.
  • To meet the task of ensuring input data in the system is accurate according to the documents.
  • To meet the task of executing stock count activities for the month.
  • To achieve the task of preparing documents and labels for the stock count activities.
  • To achieve the task of checking and tallying the data with the system.
  • To meet the task of Preparing documentation such as Work Order (WO) and Outgoing (OG) as requested on time.
  • To achieve the task of preparing and providing necessary documents such as tally sheets and Cargo Inspection Report/Checklist (incoming) to internal parties.
  • To achieve the task of compiling all documents when the job is completed.
  • To meet the task of maintaining a systematic filing record.
 
Key skills and qualifications of a Warehouse Admin Assistant:
  • A recognized Diploma in Logistics or other business-related studies
  • At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in warehouse distribution
  • MS Office, WMS System
