Job Description
|
|
- To achieve the task, follow up documents with internal parties.
- To meet the task of ensuring input data in the system is accurate according to the documents.
- To meet the task of executing stock count activities for the month.
- To achieve the task of preparing documents and labels for the stock count activities.
- To achieve the task of checking and tallying the data with the system.
- To meet the task of preparing documentation such as Work Order (WO) and Outgoing (OG) as requested on time.
- To achieve the task of preparing and providing necessary documents such as tally sheets and Cargo Inspection Report/Checklist (incoming) to internal parties.
- To achieve the task of compiling all documents when the job is completed.
- To meet the task of maintaining a systematic filing record.

Key skills and qualifications of a Warehouse Admin Assistant:
|
|
- A recognized Diploma in Logistics or other business-related studies
- At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in warehouse distribution
- MS Office, WMS System
