Management Trainee Program

Management Trainee Program is a structured program aimed at developing and implementing young talents with strong potential to become a future leader into the LBL organization desired culture. This three-to-four-year rotational Management Trainee Program is a great platform to learn and grow professionally with exposure to different roles and opportunity with guidance and empowerment from helpful mentors.
